My Short Films!
Opening Up is a animated short film that follows its protagonist, Amaya, as she discovers the importance of seeking help during the most challenging moments. This project marks my first fully independent animated short, created over the course of three months as a project for Chavón The School of Design. I managed every stage of production, from storyboarding and scriptwriting to animation and final compositing.
Sinfónica Novae is a romantic yet tragic narrative that explores the impossible love between the sea and a supernova. Developed as my thesis project, the short film was produced over the course of three months in collaboration with my two best friends. The project was entirely realized by our team, with all stages of production executed independently from concept through final assembly.
The Crow & The Pitcher is a short film that explores perseverance in the face of adversity. Produced over a three-month period at Chavón The School of Design, this project represents my second film at the institution and was created in collaboration with a small team of classmates. The film’s backgrounds were executed using traditional painting techniques, contributing a distinctive handcrafted aesthetic to its overall visual style.
